Supports clinical and business teams by providing timely, skilled technology service.

Job Duties:
Responsible for maintaining and enforcing policies and procedures pertaining to Information Systems, including hardware, software and user restrictions and requirements.

Performs help desk related functions and provides customer support for system users.

Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.

Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.

Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.

Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of Information Systems.

Responsible for supporting all Information Systems and technological requirements for the facility.

Participates in 24-hour call rotation.

Provides installation, maintenance, configuration, and service for telephony systems.

Familiarity with common networking and low voltage hand tools

Skills/Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science or related degree program preferred, Minimum of AS in Computer Science or related degree program, Minimum of 1 year paid experience in Information Technology field, Knowledge of current Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems, Knowledge of Linux and Unix preferred, Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, Excellent time management skills, Impressive verbal, written, and communications skills, Ability to lift and carry computer components up to 80 pounds, Reliable transportation, Familiarity with Help Desk Ticketing System is preferred
